CHRISTOPHER HANLON® International connects four websites enabling you to seamlessly shop worldwide using one integrated platform with automatic customer data transfer between portals and global currencies. Henceforth referred to as www.christopherhanlon.com or CHRISTOPHER HANLON®. Christopher Hanlon® is an internationally registered/pending trademark.

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® provides customers the opportunity to indulge in 'offers' often referred to as: Sales, Offers, Exclusive Deals, Specials, *Rewards, *FREE Gifts, *FREE, **FREE, *Discounts or *VIP MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES. In some situations these 'offers' are to be used alone and may not be compounded; in other instances ‘offers’ are stackable and have no expiry. In all situations enter the Promotional Code at checkout and you will automatically be notified if it is stackable, not applicable or expired. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® reserves the right to null, void, expire and recall any ‘offer’. The General terms of use are: 'Offers' are to be used alone and before the date of expiry (four weeks from issue unless specified elsewhere). 'Offers' are not redeemable for actual physical cash and are restricted to their stated promotional use only. All ‘offers’ are further restricted by the number of users. Therefore Promotional Offers and Gift With Purchase Merchandise may run out before the advertised expiry date. In these situations the ‘offer’ will be considered null and void. Neither the introductory 25% VIP Discount nor the 15% New Discount are usable with any FREE PERFUME Rollerball Offer.

LIMITED + RESTRICTED USAGe

Most ‘offers’ have Electronic Security Restrictions™ applied. That is to say, they have been assigned to a specific client at a specific email address. Therefore potential future concessions, offers and privileges based on that information are deleted during unsubscribing. Potential accumulated bonuses such as Gift-with-Purchase for your next or current purchase are immediately negated.

Christopher Hanlon® and its legal advice team are committed to fighting counterfeits. The House of Hanlon® defends and protects its intellectual property rights (such as copyright, trademarks and physical products) by taking appropriate legal action against potential counterfeiters and working with authorities to ensure that consumers are guaranteed genuine CHRISTOPHER HANLON® branded products, from its ateliers.

Fighting against counterfeits means more than protecting our established and famous Australian brand image. It means protecting creativity, trade secrets and ensuring the exceptional quality of our products continues; in addition to the protection of consumers from health risks. There is only one way to ensure that articles are genuine: purchase them from shopping retailers exclusively authorized by CHRISTOPHER HANLON®. These retailers will display an ‘AUTHORIZED CHRISTOPHER HANLON® RETAILER’ official sign with a 3 digit CERTIFICATION NUMBER (eg., 018). To verify the retailer please email, text or telephone the three digit certification number displayed to: 24-CUSTOMER-SERVICE. There are no authorized sellers of Christopher Hanlon® leather goods, fashion items and watches on the internet except for: www.christopherhanlon.com, www.christopherhanlon.co.uk, www.christopherhanlon.fr and www.christopherhanlon.us.


III. REFUND + RETURN POLICY

• No Returns or Refunds ✘

Generally CHRISTOPHER HANLON® does not accept returns or refunds as it is our company policy to only manufacture premium grade CHRISTOPHER HANLON® registered and branded products. Our product quality is based on a 30 year brand history in luxury retailing in Sydney. Most items are artisan made in small batches and stock is therefore limited. Due to unidentified and possible health contamination risks it is extremely difficult to ascertain whether a product has been tampered with by the consumer. Therefore accepting returns may endanger the general health and safety of other members of the purchasing public. In addition, CHRISTOPHER HANLON® luxury products are handmade so the time, labour cost and hand skills in producing each CHRISTOPHER HANLON® product if far greater than standard mass produced luxury goods. If you are a new customer and are unsure CHRISTOPHER HANLON® strongly recommends purchasing one of the frequent trial, sample, tester or starter pack-offers – or to request an additional 5ML/0.169FL.OZe product sample at Checkout.

However, if for some reason your order is cancelled the account is automatically refunded by contacting CHRISTOPHER HANLON® using one of the seven (7) communication channels listed on the 24/7-CUSTOMER-SERVICE page.

In addition you have the option of contacting your credit payment provider to cancel the order and obtain a refund.

What are the conditions that must be met to issue a refund?

• Consumers must have the official electronic receipt or proof of purchase. All Gifts with Purchase in addition to purchased products must be returned unopened, unused and in the exact physical condition they were delivered/purchased including: original gift tags, presentation boxes, tissue and unbroken seals. Products with ripped, damaged or otherwise tampered with seals/wrappings are not acceptable due to health and safety risks to other members of the purchasing public. The full retail price of tampered with items plus shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount (once approved). The customer should bear in mind that generally refunds are never offered, regardless of the consumer's having a receipt. In addition all refunds and returns may negatively impact VIP Membership. Product Return Time Period: seven (7) to ten (10) days from time of original delivery. All items must meet the conditions hereinbefore described in order to be issued a refund. Recommended: consumers should retain photographs of the items returned that verify their pristine condition for their own purposes. In addition, a complimentary Refund Voucher Code may be offered to the consumer, this Refund Voucher Code applies to a limited number of products which will be evident upon Checkout. How many days customers have to ask for a refund?

Refund processing time

The refund amount should be for the full value of items returned or O.S (Out of Stock) but doesn’t include Gifts with Purchase, shipping & service fees. Processing time occurrs at the end of the proceeding monthly business cycle. The Christopher Hanlon® business cycle ends between the 28th – 30th of each proceeding month (from time of original transaction). Processing time to reach your nominated bank/credit account takes up to seven (7) working days.

Note: When your return is processed, you are not reissued any promotions or coupons that were applied to the original purchase. VIP MEMBERSHIP Rewards and Privileges are recalibrated. Get help with questions about your refund amount.

OTHER WAYS OF GETTING A REFUND

• You filed a chargeback that is still open or if you won a settlement of any amount through your credit card or other payment processing company


IV. SHIPPING AND EXPORT POLICY

We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process. If you have selected/purchased a product not suitable for shipping due to local or international regulations the product may be substituted/modified for a more suitable variant/product at the discretion of Christopher Hanlon® to meet all relevant safety guidelines. This alteration will be a free-of-charge customer service. In all situations we will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry or an unexpected import and customs clearance delay. Christopher Hanlon® does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party, unforseen circumstance or force majeure. As soon as you have received the goods you will assume all risk in the goods. All orders require a signature upon delivery unless the receiver/courier requests otherwise. If you are not there to sign for your order, the courier will generally leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, the courier will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden' at the address. If you have missed the delivery, generally you can nominate another time/date for redelivery by reading and responding to the instructions on the calling card; or by pre-clicking on the courier hyperlink in the confirmation email or text message. Always quote your ‘Tracking Number’. Importantly you should receive a final text message confirmation of the delivery, on the delivery day, via mobile telephone SMS.

Tracking Notifications – Parcel tracking details are sent via email and/or text message notification 24-48 hours before dispatch and also upon courier pick-up. Your nominated methods of communication at checkout will be used. It is imperative customers actively track their delivery on its journey with the nominated courier once notified. Non-Delivery – If Christopher Hanlon® has contacted you via your chosen channels (email, telephone and/or electronic device) and you fail to respond after multiple attempts; and also the contracted courier has attempted delivery but for reasons beyond their/our control (such as access to your building is prohibitive or not reasonably possible) Christopher Hanlon® will not be held responsible and No Refund is allowed forthwith. In such a rare instance, delivery will be deemed complete, successful and finalised after attempted delivery and the said notifications. Note: Whatever happens to the said goods thereafter will not be the responsibility of Christopher Hanlon® nor its couriers. To avoid this scenario: ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date to facilitate communication and please respond within 24 hours to all messages. When you are sent this message via telephone, sms and/or email your parcel will be officially deemed as Non-Deliverable.

Australian Shipping Rates, Times and Terms – Monday 11AM – 3.00PM, Tuesday 11AM – 3.00PM, Wednesday 11AM – 3.00PM, Thursday 11AM – 3.00PM, Friday 11AM – 3.00PM. This service is not operable on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be physically dispatched on the following Monday morning at earliest. Standard Delivery: Local Australian deliveries are generally 2-4 days. The exception is to Western Australia and Tasmania which is approximately 5+ days. We use a door-to-door, signature required courier service. It is a general company policy not to use postal services. Standard Australian delivery is AU$15.

International Shipping Rates, Times and Terms – Monday 11AM – 3.00PM, Tuesday 11AM – 3.00PM, Wednesday 11AM – 3.00PM, Thursday 11AM – 3.00PM, Friday 11AM – 3.00PM. This service is not operable on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore purchases made on Saturday or Sunday will be physically dispatched on the following Monday morning at earliest. Standard Delivery: our premium international delivery courier of choice is generally UPS. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® delivers to 220 countries worldwide. Keep in mind duties and taxes may vary significantly according to individual country laws, are subject to sporadic regulatory international border changes and CHRISTOPHER HANLON® cannot predict them nor is responsible for them (onus on receiver). Your luxury goods are sealed, electronically signed for and personally delivered to your door, exclusively, using premium international air-cargo delivery services. Standard International delivery is AU$60. Approximate time: 3-6 Days.

24/7-CUSTOMER-SERVICE FOR SHIPPING + ORDERS

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® operates a 24 hour concierge service for orders and parcel tracking with an online LIVE-CHAT instant messaging service, functioning on mobile and desktop platforms. This premium service operates seven days a week including public holidays with trained consultants to answer concerns.

VI. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® DESIGN STUDIO ARTWORK USAGE RIGHTS

Christopher Hanlon® and its namesake representatives (eg., Christopher Hanlon Design Studio) give no exclusive artwork rights to the individual elements per se that are used to compose a work of graphic or visual design. That is to say the final image (which is sold to the client) gives no extraction rights to the individual elements per se that comprise the completed image; such as fonts, or other visual elements contained therein (eg., photographs or illustrations). Your exclusive rights are for the actual artwork presented to you in its high quality, finished, print-ready, flattened artwork form. This artwork is called ‘Finished Art’. In addition Christopher Hanlon® waivers future and retrospective rights to the individual elements per se (extractions). Individual design elements are always sold seperately as unconnected and isolated entities. It is against all the terms of usage when a visual image is split, seperated, altered or extracted for usage or exploitation by the user. Your exclusive usage rights are covered for: the flattened, finished, high quality print-ready artwork provided to you (called a Deliverable). You the client may legally reproduce this high quality Finished Artwork providing the aggregate reproduction of any Content is five hundred thousand (500,000) or less.


VII. Direct marketing - OPTING OUT

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® will not send you direct marketing communications unless you provide your consent to receive such information by providing your personal information to us. You are providing consent to receive direct marketing material from CHRISTOPHER HANLON® by: 1. subscribing online at www.christopherhanlon.com 2. opting in to receive direct marketing material in-store 3. purchasing a CHRISTOPHER HANLON® product worldwide from an authorized representative or agent 4. emailing or verbally connecting with CHRISTOPHER HANLON® or one of its affiliates, social media platforms, representatives or agents and providing your contact details. Once you have provided CHRISTOPHER HANLON® with your consent to receive direct marketing material, CHRISTOPHER HANLON® may use your 'personal information' to provide you with current information about events, special offers you may find of interest, changes to our organisation, or new products or services being offered by CHRISTOPHER HANLON®. VIII. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and CHRISTOPHER HANLON® will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Australia and the language of the contract is English. Neither our third party payment processor nor our nominated courier has the authority to accept an order on behalf of CHRISTOPHER HANLON®.

We also reserve the right not to accept your order (or part thereof) or to exchange a particular item for a similar item of similar value when deemed necessary, even after a fulfilment notice has been issued. In the event for example that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, when packaging is in the process of being redesigned, when customer mistakes/misunderstandings have occurred on our ordering system via forms/messages or conversations, when shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, when new import or export regulations apply to a particular product or component, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards or is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the T&C of Sales.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site: whether or not that merchandise has been sold, temporarily removed, updated or edited. Refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction may occur after processing has begun.

Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. In addition, all prices are subject to sporadic increases and/or decreases without notice, reflecting various factors such as promotions and production costs. Please note: pictures, illustrations, photographs and written product descriptions used on this Site are representational artworks only. The product, perfume, cosmetic or design in real life may naturally differ as each piece is made by hand in limited quantities. Furthermore, the Christopher Hanlon® team is constantly seeking noble ways to improve the design, specifications and production of its luxury products. And these alterations may take place continually in an effort to provide you with a superior product – we therefore reserve the right to change without notice. In addition we shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price/description or visual representation; and we reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. If you purchased the product for a lower than recommended price we will generally provide customers the benefit of the lower price in order to maintain goodwill. Christopher Hanlon® ingredient listings are to the best of our knowledge accurate at the time of writing and on occasion will be updated – check the actual product for the most recent listing. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us (minus courier/transport charges).


IX. ELIGIBILTY TO PURCHASE

In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and legally authorise; these details must be both valid and correct and you by default confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the CHRISTOPHER HANLON® terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to CHRISTOPHER HANLON®, whose applications are acceptable to CHRISTOPHER HANLON® and who have authorised CHRISTOPHER HANLON® to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorise CHRISTOPHER HANLON® to perform credit checks and where CHRISTOPHER HANLON® feels necessary to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions. 

Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. X. COMPENSATION

At our request, you agree to compensate us fully, defend us, and hold us CHRISTOPHER HANLON® harmless immediately on demand, its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees, arising from any breach of the T&C of Sale by you, including the use by any other persons accessing this Site using your Internet account caused by your action or inaction.

You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and CHRISTOPHER HANLON® as a result of the T&C of Sale or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of CHRISTOPHER HANLON®, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.


XIi. NO WAIVER

If you breach the T&C of Sale and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the T&C of Sale


XIII. GOVERNING LAW

Purchase - Terms of ordering, TAXES, DUTIES + LIABILITY

The T&C of Sale together with all our policies and procedures will be governed by and construed in accordance to the relevant Australian law and the relevant courts of Australia will have exclusive jurisdiction.

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® products can be delivered internationally but CHRISTOPHER HANLON® accepts no responsibility for any taxes or other charges that might be levied by International customs and relevant authorities. For each product selected on the www.christopherhanlon.com website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a visual or written description of the item, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order. Upon confirmation, your order will be submitted to CHRISTOPHER HANLON® for processing. While every effort is taken to try to ensure that the description, colouring, design and style of the CHRISTOPHER HANLON® products in the photographs/representations displayed on the www.christopherhanlon.com website are representative of the actual products, variations may occur due to technical restrictions of the artisan (made by hand), manufacturing and the colour/graphic reproduction on computer/electronic equipment. In addition CHRISTOPHER HANLON® routinely performs packaging updates and modifications in order to give you the best possible product and they may not be reflected in the current on-screen representation. Accordingly, CHRISTOPHER HANLON® shall NOT be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical and written representations/descriptions/claims/usage of CHRISTOPHER HANLON® products displayed on the www.christopherhanlon.com website, social media platforms and marketing channels.

Once your order has been processed it is not possible to modify any part of the information printed on your receipt/tax invoice such as the billing and/or shipping name and/or address, please ensure all of the details you have provided are correct before finalising your order.

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® reserves the right to cancel any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning an order, or if CHRISTOPHER HANLON® has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions of Sale, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity or for any other legitimate cause. If your order has been cancelled, funds that were held on your credit card (in order to secure final payment upon dispatch of your order) will be returned within approximately 30 business days, this time frame is outside of www.christopherhanlon.com Australia’s control and will vary depending on your financial institution and/or type of credit card. www.christopherhanlon.com is unable to issue a refund to expedite this process.

For any special and/or exceptional order (large orders, orders requiring a greater quantity than currently available on www.christopherhanlon.com), please contact our Customer Service by email or telephone. Special and/or exceptional orders will not be accepted for return and/or exchange to www.christopherhanlon.com or any CHRISTOPHER HANLON® boutique or re-seller.

Any exotic skin item (crocodile, alligator, ostrich, lizard etc.) or item with exotic skin components will have a CITES document included with the order, this documentation must always accompany the exotic skin item including for all after-sales purposes. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® will not be able to re-issue a lost CITES document under any circumstances. Due to CITES regulation exotic skin items or items with exotic skin components cannot be exchanged or refunded.


XiV. Delivery Time - Problems of delivery

Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding eight (8) business days should be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. In order for your claim to be accepted, please notify us of it within a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order. You should check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies in your order when the products are delivered to you, you should note the nature of the potential discrepancy (e.g. open package, damaged goods, etc.) by hand, if possible, on the delivery notice at the time of delivery, and then sign. Photographs are also an important means of verification.


XV. Disclaimer of Warranty

The exclusion of or limitations to CHRISTOPHER HANLON® AUSTRALIA company liability contained hereunder are made to the full extent permitted by law. Not withstanding any other provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, where any law implies any term, condition or warranty which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified at all or only to a limited extent, the term, condition or warranty will apply, except to the extent it can be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, CHRISTOPHER HANLON®  liability for any breach of any such term, condition or warranty to the extent it can be limited, is limited at CHRISTOPHER HANLON® option, to any one or more of the following:
- in the case of goods:
- the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; or
- in the case of services:
- the supplying of the services again

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® does not guarantee or represent that:
- the www.christopherhanlon.com website is free from viruses, worms, trojan horses or other destructive material;
- the information contained on the www.christopherhanlon.com website (and it’s social media platforms) is accurate, complete or up to date.
The www.christopherhanlon.com website may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects; CHRISTOPHER HANLON® does not guarantee that any such defects will be corrected. The www.christopherhanlon.com website and its contents are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.


XVI. PRIVACY POLICY | Law + Disputes 

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Each party irrevocably submits to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts competent to determine appeals from those courts, with respect to any proceedings that may be brought at any time relating to these Terms and Conditions.

How does CHRISTOPHER HANLON® collect your 'personal information' CHRISTOPHER HANLON® collects 'personal information' about you in the following ways:

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® has put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® has put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Sharing your information: We do not, and will not, sell, give or knowingly distribute any of your personal data to any third party – including your name, address, email address or phone number. We want to earn and maintain your trust, and we believe this is essential in order do that.

However, we share your data with the following categories of companies as an essential part of being able to provide our services to you, as set out in this statement:

The CHRISTOPHER HANLON® Affiliate Referral Program or hereafter referred to as C.H.A.R.P™ allows approved independent sellers (businesses) to sell and market selected CH® merchandise via blogs, websites, shopping sites and through direct referral to their social, business and friendship groups. Commissions arrive every 30 days (after approval) to your nominated Paypal inbox. The C.H.A.R.P™ disclosure and financial statement is available with updates published annually on the designated C.H.A.R.P™ MASTER PORTAL login page. The complete Business Agreement is located on the Affiliate Program Master Portal.


XX. CODE OF CONDUCT – MULTILEVEL MARKETING (MLM), PRIVATE EQUITY, BRAND LICENSING, BUSINESS OF RETAILING, AFFILIATE REFERRAL PROGRAM (ONLINE), WHOLESALE, PUBLIC RELATIONS, ADVERTISING, SOCIAL, MARKETING, DESIGN STUDIO + FRANCHISE

CHRISTOPHER HANLON® strictly protects, lawfully upholds and controls all trade secrets and business know-how. The CHRISTOPHER HANLON® brand itself is protected by extensive intellectual property rights throughout the world. The CHRISTOPHER HANLON® Business Team are the sole and exclusive guardians of these valuable intelectual assets, the brand equity, and the finely crafted luxury products per se. In all business and social matters, final decisions and outcomes will require no further explanation. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® always operates under 1. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and 2. Equitable Duty of Confidence Agreements (informal, verbal and unsaid) under general Australian and International legal business confidentiality codes of conduct; this includes information passed from one person to another in general spoken discussions and/or through other means of communication such as social media, text, telephone, live chat, gestural, image or product. Therefore CHRISTOPHER HANLON® and its employees must keep confidentiality during all brand matters.
