Welcome to the world of Christopher Hanlon®, Australia’s First Perfumer®. Let’s start with a New Year’s greeting from Christopher, Peter, Jon, Nina, Ninyal and myself Sarah. Thank you for joining our conversation today. Recently I have been receiving an increase in enquiries about ‘fermentation’ - the basic manufacturing process behind Christopher Hanlon® skincare. Fermentation is another method of making beauty products; just as you have multiple methods employed by the food industry from yeast cooking to melt’n’mix confectionary techniques. Today fermentation is commonly used in both dairy and alcohol industries. Hitherto in cosmetics, it was a rarely used method. As we know Christopher Hanlon® was an early pioneer in the development 30 years ago. Although there is an increase in companies using this method, Christopher Hanlon® Laboratories are still decades ahead with extensive empirical experience in this field. This know-how has allowed the company to develop valuable trade secrets.
How does NEXT-GEN VEGAN fermentation work in skincare?
Next-Gen Vegan Microorganisms™ break down active ingredients and biological compounds at molecular level. This process is particularly useful during the manufacturing phase. The fermentation process creates by-products such as amino acids and antioxidants that help to nourish the skin and assist skincare absorption of: nutrients, minerals and actives. Taboo faux pas in both advertising and editorial content are political statements, religious opinions, sex and lewd money matters. We like to keep it old school. We believe there are enough wannabe preachers spruiking divisive public opinion on everything: from what not to wear, what to eat, if you’re too fat, too tall, too short, over-rated (sXXXy), over-texted and what N☠️T to Shhh! (say). OMG👀sh – just lock-me-up! However as far as we can see it is just INSTA-SMOKE. Therefore because there’s enough who LUV to puff out there, our editorial and brand policy is strictly ‘No Go!’ And it’s not that we are against being high on followers – it’s just not our cup of tea. Instead we prefer an extreme liberal attitude where all perspectives, religions, peoples, beliefs and situations are respected (equally). Finally we believe in only one supaST⭐️R – you!
