5 ways to use jasmine oil
Experienced as an aromatic room botanical via a diffuser
Gently inhaled as a single note personal perfume
Add a few drops to a bowl of hot water to create aromatic steam
Diluted in a carrier oil to add to a steamy bath
Blended with a carrier oil, apply topically or as a massage skin treatment
PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
There are a number of ways to use jasmine oil. Oils in their pure form are potent and must be diluted in a carrier oil. Generally add 1 to 5 drops of the essential oil to an ounce or 30 ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond oil, jojoba or virgin coconut oil. For sensitivities use 1 drop per 30ml.
Caution: Patch test first. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation develops.
