The 3-Step Skincare System takes only a few magical moments a day to achieve youthful radiant skin. Step-1 (Exfoliate) is essential. However the frequency (from 1x Daily to 1x Weekly) is totally optional – select what suits. Step-2 (Cleanse+Tone) is all-in-one. Gently it removes dirt, grime and make-up (even waterproof) whilst ingeniously toning your complexion. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® Laboratories formulate for a multitude of skin types and conditions. However we have identified four major skin types and most people will fall into the two middle groups (Skin Types 2 + 3). These four groups are: 1. Blemish + Acne Prone Skin 2. Did you know pH is a chemical abbreviation of the French words ‘potentiel hydrogène’ – hydrogen potential? And that the numeral(s) indicate a measure of the acidity level? On average the skin’s pH is 4.5 - 5.5 meaning healthy skin is slightly acidic. A pH of 7 (that of pure water) is considered neutral. Anything below that is acidic and above it alkaline, so skin's natural pH is mildly acidic. This level of acidity plays a key role in how effective the skin’s barrier function is. The best skincare is pH balanced because any significant change in the skin’s pH can result in skin problems such as sensitivity, hypersensitivity, redness, irritation, dryness and blemishes. CHRISTOPHER HANLON® skincare is professionally formulated with a physiological pH, similar to the normal pH of healthy skin to protect the skin's barrier during moisturizing, repair and cleansing. In addition CHRISTOPHER HANLON® exclusively formulates instant-spray-on pH and microbiome skin correcting products, aptly called SKIN CORRECTING TONERS – use as needed 24/7.
